I'm a dedicated and detail oriented accountant with over 20 years of experience in the property lettings industry. Since joining Parkes Estate Agents Limited in 2022, I've been responsible for a wide range of financial operations, including rent collection and reconciliation, preparing monthly and annual financial reports, and ensuring compliance with property and tenancy regulations.

Beyond my core accounting duties, I manage landlord and tenant account statements, liaise with external auditors, support year-end financial reviews, and assist with budgeting and forecasting for property portfolios. I work closely with the lettings and property management teams to streamline processes and improve financial transparency across the agency.

Known for my proactive approach and strong organisational skills, I combine technical accounting expertise with a solid understanding of the property market, contributing to the agency’s operational success and client satisfaction.
